QUALITY REVIEW SERVICES
I provide quality review services for eLearning, websites, software, and print materials, giving feedback about problem areas and suggestions for improvements to ensure your product is effective, efficient, and satisfying to users.
As appropriate, quality reviews will identify issues related to:
- English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization;
- Content and design consistency and clarity;
- Organization, including information hierarchy and structure;
- Accessibility and navigation;
- Text formatting and layout; and
- Program errors/bugs.
In addition to checking your product as a stand-alone entity, I can also compare it to a detailed script or other master document, checking to make sure everything that was supposed to be included in the final product is present.
